ORDER POLICY

Welcome to The Velvet Crumb Studio! We are honored to be a part of your sweet moments. Please carefully review our policies before placing your order. By submitting payment, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms and conditions.

ORDER NOTICE REQUIREMENTS

All orders require a minimum of 72 hours notice to ensure timely preparation and completion.

Orders requested with less than 72 hours notice are considered Rush Orders and are accepted based solely on availability.

 

Rush orders are subject to additional rush fees, including but not limited to:

  • Orders needed within 48 hours: $25 Rush Fee

  • Orders needed within 24 hours: $40 Rush Fee

 

Rush order acceptance is not guaranteed.

PAYMENT POLICY

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required before any order is started or your event date is secured.

The remaining balance must be paid in full 24 hours prior to pickup or delivery.

Failure to render payment by the deadline may result in:

  • Delayed completion of your order

  • Cancellation of your order

  • Loss of your event/order date

No orders will be released without full payment.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

Orders are not considered confirmed until:

  1. Your invoice has been sent,

  2. Your deposit has been received, and

  3. You receive confirmation from The Velvet Crumb Studio.

Submitting an inquiry form does not guarantee booking availability.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Due to the custom nature of our products and the preparation required, deposits are non-refundable.

  • Orders canceled within 72 hours of the scheduled fulfillment date are non-refundable.

  • No refunds will be issued for completed orders once they have been picked up, delivered, or accepted.

  • Refunds will not be issued for minor design variations, color variations, or subjective preferences.

If an issue arises with your order, concerns must be reported within 2 hours of pickup or delivery with supporting photos.

DESIGN & CUSTOMIZATION POLICY

The Velvet Crumb Studio strives to bring your vision to life while maintaining creative integrity.

Please note:

  • Exact replicas of inspiration photos cannot be guaranteed.

  • Colors may vary slightly due to lighting, edible materials, screen settings, and product availability.

  • Certain intricate designs, toppers, decorations, or specialty requests may result in additional charges.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details prior to final approval.

PICKUP & DELIVERY POLICY

Customers must arrive during their scheduled pickup window.

The Velvet Crumb Studio is not responsible for:

  • Damage occurring after pickup

  • Damage caused by improper handling, transportation, weather conditions, or extended exposure to heat

Delivery times are estimated and may be affected by traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

ABANDONED ORDERS

Orders not picked up on the scheduled date and time without communication may be discarded after 24 hours. No refunds or credits will be issued for abandoned orders.

ALLERGEN & COTTAGE LAW DISCLAIMER

The Velvet Crumb Studio operates in accordance with applicable Florida Cottage Food Laws.

Our products may contain or come into contact with common allergens including, but not limited to:

  • Milk

  • Eggs

  • Wheat

  • Soy

  • Peanuts

  • Tree Nuts

Specific allergen warnings tailored to your order will be included on your invoice.

Customers are responsible for informing The Velvet Crumb Studio of any food allergies prior to placing an order. While precautions are taken, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment.

PHOTOGRAPHY & MARKETING

The Velvet Crumb Studio reserves the right to photograph completed orders for marketing, advertising, website, and social media purposes unless otherwise requested in writing by the customer.
